 PLAY SPACE is a play group designed to allow your children to play and connect with other children whilst giving parents a chance to relax and chat with other fellow parents.

At our Adult Ballet classes, you can swap your troubles for tutus and your bad days for ballet shoes.

 Learn the basics of ballet in a fun and friendly environment whilst keeping active and improving flexibility, posture and mobility.

 Lyrical Jazz with La Barra Valencia is not about performing, nor about being perfect. It’s about letting yourself enjoy the movement, the music, and connect with your body, without judgement towards yourself or others. 

The class is for all ages and levels.

Learn choreography, songs and scenes from your favourite musicals and let your inner star shine!

Taught in English by Musical Theatre professionals with credits including Grease, Chicago and Mamma Mia.

A challenging but relaxing 1-hour full body Pilates class, that will leave you feeling so GOOD!  The group class allows you to meet and interact with new people, living  or visit Valencia, make new friends and workout all at once!  

  Bring a mat or let me know if you need one.
